NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS
ประกาศสำหรับลูกค้า

The Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”) was gazette on 27th May 2019 and has come into force on 1st June 2022.

พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ (๒๐๑๙) (“PDPA”) ได้ประกาศเมื่อวันที่ ๒๗ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ และมีผลบังคับใช้ในวันที่ ๑ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕

This notice is addressed to our existing customers who have purchased our bereavement care products and funeral services (“the Products”) and provided us with personal identifying information (“Personal Data”) prior to the coming into force of the PDPA.

ประกาศนี้เพื่อแจ้งลูกค้าปัจจุบันของเราที่ได้ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลผู้ล่วงลับและบริการจัดงานศพ (“ผลิตภัณฑ์”) และได้ให้ข้อมูลที่สามารถใช้ระบุตัวตนแก่เรา ("ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล") ก่อนการมีผลบังคับใช้ของ PDPA

Under Section 95 of the PDPA, we are entitled to continue to collect and use the Personal Data provided by you for the original purposes, which are stated below:

ตามมาตรา 95 ของ PDPA เรามีสิทธิ์ที่จะเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่คุณให้ไว้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เดิมต่อไป ซึ่งระบุไว้ด้านล่าง:

     a. To process your application or registration under any program and/or activities organized or conducted by us or in connection with any of our products and/or services when the purchase order has been submitted;

         เพื่อประมวลผลใบคำขอหรือการลงทะเบียนภายใต้โครงการใด ๆ และ/หรือ กิจกรรมที่จัดขึ้นหรือทำขึ้นโดยเราที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้า และ/หรือบริการของเรา เมื่อมีคำสั่งซื้อได้ส่งเข้ามาแล้ว

     b. The delivery of notices, letters and other printed materials in connection with the Products whether present or future, updates and promotions and/or information related to third parties which we think you may be interested, to you;

         การส่งคำบอกกล่าว จดหมาย และเอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์ใด ๆ ให้แก่ท่าน เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ไม่ว่าในปัจจุบันหรือในอนาคต ข่าวสารใหม่ และรายการส่งเสริมการขาย และ/หรือ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบุคคลภายนอก ซึ่งเราเห็นว่าท่านอาจสนใจ

     c. Sale of the Products offered by us to you which shall include all matters relevant for the completion of the sale and purchase transactions, delivery of the Products and other post sale services;

         การขายผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราให้แก่ท่าน ซึ่งจะรวมถึงเรื่องต่าง ๆ ทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับความสำเร็จในการทำธุรกรรมการซื้อขาย การส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ และบริการหลังการขาย

    d. Entering into any transactions, agreements or instruments in our ordinary course of business and for discharging our contractual obligations in the ordinary course of business;

         การเข้าทำธุรกรรม สัญญา หรือตราสารในการดำเนินธุรกิจตามปกติของเรา และเพื่อทำหน้าที่ตามสัญญาของเราในการดำเนินธุรกิจปกติ

     e. Conducting marketing and client profiling activities in connection with our services and related new products;

         การทำกิจกรรมการตลาดและการเก็บประวัติลูกค้าในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับบริการและสินค้าใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องของเรา

     f. Our internal record keeping;

         การเก็บบันทึกภายในของเรา

     g. For debt collection purposes;

         เพื่อการติดตามการชำระหนี้

     h. To respond to your enquiries or complaints including processing instructions and generating confirmation, advice and statements;

         เพื่อตอบคำถามหรือข้อร้องเรียนของท่าน รวมถึงคำสั่งให้ดำเนินการ และสร้างคำยืนยัน คำแนะนำ และบันทึกถ้อยคำ

     i. To match data held by us relating to you from time to time;

         เพื่อจับคู่ข้อมูลที่เรามีอยู่เกี่ยวกับท่าน เป็นครั้งคราว

     j. To investigate complaints and suspicious transactions;

         เพื่อสืบสวนข้อร้องเรียนและธุรกรรมที่น่าสงสัย

     k. With your consent, for cross selling purposes for new products and funeral services packages launched by us;

         หากได้รับความยินยอมจากท่าน เพื่อการขายสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง (cross selling) สำหรับสินค้าใหม่และแพ็คเกจบริการจัดงานศพที่เราเปิดตัว

     l. Discharging our duties and obligations under the appropriate law, regulation, direction and guideline applicable to us;

         ปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่ของเราตามกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ คำสั่ง และแนวทางที่เหมาะสมที่ใช้บังคับกับเรา

     m. In anticipation of, and in the course of an actual or potential sale, reorganization, consolidation, merger, or amalgamation of all or part of our business or operations; and/or

         ในระหว่างการรอและในระหว่างการดำเนินการขาย การปรับโครงสร้าง การควบรวมกิจการ หรือการดำเนินการทั้งหมด หรือบางส่วนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง หรือที่อาจเกิดขึ้น และ/หรือ

     n. For all other purposes incidental or associated with the above.

         สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์อื่น ๆ ที่ต่อเนื่องหรือเกี่ยวกับวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น

If you do not wish for us to continue collecting and using your Personal Data, you may write in to us at the below address to notify us of your withdrawal of your consent:-
ในกรณีที่ท่านไม่ประสงค์ให้มีการเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อไป ท่านสามารถแจ้งเราเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรได้ตามที่อยู่ด้านล่างเพื่อการเพิกถอนความยินยอมของท่าน

PLEASE TAKE NOTE however that the withdrawal of your consent for us to continue collecting and using your Personal Data will:
โปรดทราบว่าการไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหรือถอนความยินยอมนั้นจะ

i.      Result in us being unable to provide customers/prospective customers with the notices, services, products, printed materials, and/or the information as requested;
ส่งผลให้เราไม่สามารถให้คำบอกกล่าว ให้บริการ สินค้า เอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์ และ/หรือ ข้อมูลที่ร้องขอ ให้แก่ลูกค้า/ลูกค้าในอนาคตได้
ii.     Affect the ability of the parties to enter into confirmed sale transaction in relation to the Products;
ส่งผลต่อความสามารถของคู่สัญญาในการเข้าทำธุรกรรมการขายที่ยืนยันแล้วในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
iii.    Result in us being unable to process your application or registration for any of the necessary services, products, programs and/or activities and/or update you on our latest products and/or funeral service packages, as the case may be.
ส่งผลให้เราไม่สามารถประมวลผลใบคำขอหรือการลงทะเบียนสำหรับบริการ สินค้า โครงการ และ/หรือกิจกรรมใด ๆ ที่จำเป็น และ/หรือ แจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงสินค้า และ/หรือ แพ็คเกจบริการจัดงานศพล่าสุดของเราได้ แล้วแต่กรณี
