Training Assistant (Skudai)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support, coordinate and organize training program.
  • Assist in overall training administrative & duties.
  • Prepare monthly training report.
  • Assist agents on matters pertaining to recruitment, agency activity, marketing strategy, training etc.
  • Assist in the promotion and incentive implementation.
  • Assist to comprehensive training plan for agent.
  • Act as emcee and/ or trainer for selected training or seminar (whenever is necessary).
  • Become the action team in company event.
  • Conduct survey and evaluation on feedback from agent’s special courses request etc. 


  • Possess SPM or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin.
  • Computer literate and well verse in PowerPoint.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
