Secretary (Bangsar South)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provides support on secretarial and office administrative functions.
  • Perform general secretarial duties such as correspondence by fax, email, letter, filing as well as scheduling appointments & meeting.
  • Maintain filing system and assuring accurate document filing for easy access & retrieval.
  • Travel arrangement- flight/ accommodation/ ground logistics.


  • Diploma/Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in general administrative function.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
