- Assist the Registrar with daily office responsibilities.
- Submits and maintains files in storage facility.
- Handling Registry operational problems such as complain cases.
- Deal with relevant department for procedures and new implementation.
- Assist in any special assignment or assigned by superior from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin is preferable.
- Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office Application
