Registry Assistant (KL)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the Registrar with daily office responsibilities.
  • Submits and maintains files in storage facility.
  • Handling Registry operational problems such as complain cases.
  • Deal with relevant department for procedures and new implementation.
  • Assist in any special assignment or assigned by superior from time to time.


  • Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in managerial position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin is preferable.
  • Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office Application
