- Attends to all incoming and outgoing calls and intercoms appropriately and courteously, transfer calls and take massages.
- Greets visitors, welcoming and directing them to the relevant departments.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing mails and couriers and liaison with relevant department for collection.
- Ensure the Reception Counter is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Promotes positive and professional impression to customers and visitors.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Professional Certificate, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

- Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
