Key Accountabilities:

  • Attends to all incoming and outgoing calls and intercoms appropriately and courteously, transfer calls and take massages.
  • Greets visitors, welcoming and directing them to the relevant departments.
  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing mails and couriers and liaison with relevant department for collection.
  • Ensure the Reception Counter is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
  • Promotes positive and professional impression to customers and visitors.


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Professional Certificate, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic to serve people
