Customer Service Assistant – Bukit Mertajam

Key Accountabilities:

  • Received P.O. and verified all info has been filled.
  • Update correct info into SCLC4.
  • Coordinate with Business Development on pending & booking case.
  • Support other department if required.


  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • At least one year experience in Customer Service field.
  • Proficient in major Chinese dialects and English.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Excel.
  • Friendly and good manner.
  • Processional image/ outlook.
  • Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
