Marketing Admin Assistant/ Executive (Skudai)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales material stock maintenance such as brochures, confirmation to purchase and etc.
  • Responsible for daily counter operating.
  • Processing of Certificate & arrangement of Certificate collection.
  • Handling sales activities and agency affair activities.
  • Compiling and filing of customer record.
  • Handling agent and customer inquiry.


  • Minimum SPM, or possess any certification in relevant academy.
  • 2-3 years of related working experience.
  • Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Office Application.
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Mandarin.
