CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate with customer and sales department
  • Assist in day-to-day operation
  • Carry out administrative support work

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer services working experience
  • Conversant in major Chinese Dialects and Basic English
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills and pleasant personality
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Able to work on shift rotation and Public Holidays
